Turning Usability Testing Data into Action without Going Insane

Collecting, sorting, and understanding data gathered during user research and usability testing is a critical UX skill. In this scenario, there are at least two challenges to deal with: be accurate when identifying findings (are we spotting the real problems?) and be consistent when proposing solutions (do the solutions relate well with the issues found? In which should we invest first?).

I present an approach for dealing with this situation in the article published on the Toptal Blog and UX Planet. It’s a bit long, but I hope you enjoy it 🙂
